اسلام آباد: انتخابی دھاندلی اورنتائج میں تبدیلی کیلیے ووٹوں کے تھیلوں میں مبینہ طور پرجعلی ووٹ بھرنے کے بعدنادرا نے قومی اسمبلی کے حلقہ این اے 118کے ووٹوں کی تصدیقی رپورٹ میں325 تھیلوں میں سے 259میں بوگس انتخابی موادکااعتراف کرلیا ہے ۔
ایکسپریس انویسٹی گیشن سیل کے مطابق نادرا نے9 جون کوالیکشن ٹربیونل میں اپنی تصدیقی رپورٹ جمع کرائی جس کہا گیا ہے کہ لاہورکے مذکورہ حلقے میں گزشتہ عام انتخابات میں غیرمعمولی دھاندلی ہوئی ہے۔ پاکستان تحریک انصاف این اے 118 اور دیگرحلقوں میں دھاندلی کیخلاف احتجاج جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے۔
ذرائع کے مطابق نادرا نے این اے 118میں انتخابی دھاندلی چھپانے کیلیے ووٹوں کے تھیلوں میں جعلی ووٹ بھرے تھے، گزشتہ ماہ مئی کے آخری ہفتے نادراآفس کے سی سی ٹی وی کیمرے بندکرکے یہ غیرقانونی کام کیاگیا۔ میڈیا پر یہ معاملہ آنے کے بعد نادرا حکام گھبراگئے اورسیکیورٹی کے ذمے دارافسروں پر مبینہ طورپر دباؤڈالاکہ سی سی ٹی وی کیمرے22 مئی سے پہلے خراب ہونے کا تحریری بیان دیں۔ذرائع کے مطابق وفاقی وزیرداخلہ چوہدری نثارعلی خان این اے 118کے ووٹوں کے تھیلوں اور الیکشن ٹربیونل میں تصدیقی رپورٹ جمع کرانے کے معاملے پر بائی پاس کرنے پرنادرا حکام سے ناخوش ہیں۔
انھوں نے چیئرمین نادرا امتیاز تاجورکوپچھلے ہفتے پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس میں اپنے چیمبر میں طلب کیااوراین اے 118کے معاملے میں مشکوک عمل پران سے وضاحت طلب کی ۔اس معاملے میں نئی پیشرفت ہوئی اورنادرا کے ڈائریکٹر نیٹ ورکس شہزاد جن کی ٹیم ادارے کے سی سی ٹی وی کیمروں کے معاملات دیکھتی ہے کا جون کے تیسرے ہفتے ہیڈکوارٹرز سے این ٹی ایل میں تبادلہ کردیاگیا۔ ایکسپریس انویسٹی گیشن سیل کے دیے سوالنامہ کے جواب میں نادرا کے ترجمان فائق علی نے تردیدکی کہ چیئرمین نے ہفتہ7 جون کوچھٹی والے دن سیکیورٹی چیف اوردیگرمتعلقہ حکام کوطلب کرکے سی سی ٹی وی کیمرے 22 مئی سے قبل ہی خراب ہونے کا بیان دینے کیلیے دباؤڈالا ۔ترجمان نے کہاکہ نادرا کے پاس این اے 118کاانتخابی مواد جسٹس (ر) منیراحمد مغل کی موجودگی میں وصول کرنے کی فوٹیج موجود ہے اورانتخابی نتائج کی تبدیلی کاکوئی امکان نہیں ہے۔
ترجمان نے اس الزام کی بھی تردیدکی کہ چیئرمین نادرا نے سیکیورٹی چیف اوردیگرنادرا حکام کوسی سی ٹی وی کیمرے22 مئی سے قبل خراب ہونے کا بیان لینے کیلیے7جون کوطلب کیا تھا۔ ایکسپریس انویسٹی گیشن سیل کوبھیجے گئے بیان میں انھوں نے کہا درحقیقت چیئرمین نادرا سات اورآٹھ جون کوسرکاری فرائض کی انجام دہی کے سلسلے میں شہر سے باہر تھے ۔نادرا ترجمان نے مبینہ جعلسازی کرنے کیلئے پچھلے مہینے22 مئی اور26 مئی کو سی سی ٹی وی کیمرے بندکرنے کے معاملے پر کچھ جواب نہیں دیا۔ایکسپریس انویسٹی گیشن سیل نے حلقہ این اے 118کے ووٹوں کے تھیلوں میں ووٹ بھرنے سے متعلق اپنی پچھلی رپورٹ میں ان مخصوص تاریخوں کاحوالہ دیا تھا۔اس نمائندے نے سی سی ٹی وی کیمروں کی دستیابی،جسٹس (ر) منیر مغل کی موجودگی میں ووٹوں کے تھیلے کھولنے اورقبضے میں لینے کی فوٹیج کا سوال نہیں اٹھایا تھا،اصل معاملہ انتخابی تھیلوں میں غیرقانونی طور پرجعلی مواد بھرنااورسی سی ٹی وی کیمرے بندکرنے کا تھا۔

KPK PROVINCIAL BUDGET FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2014-15

KPK's PROVINCIAL BUDGET FOR THE FINANCIAL  YEAR 2014-15 OF OVER 404 BILLION RUPEES PRESENTED IN THE PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY .

The KPK budget for fiscal year 2014-15 of over Rs. 4.04 trillion has been presented.  Budget recommendations with Rs. 139 billion for Annual Development Programs (ADPs) and Rs. 261 billion for ongoing schemes have been allocated. The budget is presented in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial Assembly .

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa budget for fiscal year 2014-15 amounting to 404.8 billion rupees was announced in Peshawar on Saturday evening.

Speaking in the Nuqta-e-Naqar program of Radio Pakistan’s News and Current Affairs Channel, analyst Fouzia Kalsoom Rana said a record amount of 111 billion rupees has been allocated for education sector showing 33 percent increase as compared to the outgoing fiscal year.

Senior analyst  Tahir Muhammad said in the budget special attention has been paid to overcome unemployment, promote business activities and speedy development of education and health sectors. He said the announcement of health insurance scheme for the welfare of poor people is a great step.

Speaking about Afghan presidential election, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif said Pakistan supports peaceful transition of power in Afghanistan. He said peaceful Afghanistan is in interest of Pakistan.

Senior journalist Sabir Shakir said voting process has been completed successfully in Afghanistan. He said no any major untoward incident has been witnessed which is a great success of Afghanistan government.

Senior journalist Mohsin Raza said Pakistan made special security arrangements at Pak-Afghan border for peaceful conduct of presidential elections in Afghanistan.

KPK to levy some additional taxes as money generated from taxes would be used for public welfare. Annual Development Programs has been raised by 18%
